Our approach

Different needs. Purposeful brands.

From memorable experiences to everyday tools, our portfolio starts with the customer. The right experience depends on the brand — not a one-size-fits-all process.

Shared Intelligence ↓

Shared Intelligence

Independent brands. Shared capabilities.

Each vertical builds focused brands around a specific customer need. Behind all of them, five group-wide capabilities provide shared execution, knowledge and oversight — so every brand benefits from what the group learns, without losing what makes it distinct.

These capabilities support all ten verticals. They are not additional verticals and not services sold to customers.

01

AI

Reasoning and workflow orchestration

AI is the execution layer that helps each brand understand requests, structure work and respond consistently. It speeds up routine steps and surfaces what needs a person — it is not unchecked autonomy.

How it works, with an example

In practice

  • Classifying incoming inquiries by brand, intent and urgency
  • Extracting details from supplier threads and comparing options side by side
  • Drafting and localising content, with human quality review before publication
  • Delivering digital products and handling first-line customer support
  • Learning from completed outcomes to improve future routing and answers

Example

A customer asks a travel brand for options: AI identifies dates, group size and constraints, drafts a comparison from supplier replies and flags anything unclear for a person to confirm.

Ownership boundary: AI acts only within approved actions. Commitments, exceptions and sensitive decisions escalate to a responsible person or qualified expert, and actions are logged for audit.

02

Technology

Shared platform, distinct brands

XV Core is the common technical foundation we are building so that independent brands can launch on their own domains without rebuilding the essentials. Components are shared; identity, content and customer experience stay brand-specific.

How it works, with an example

In practice

  • Shared storefront components styled to each brand’s distinct identity
  • Independent domains with custom-code brand websites
  • APIs, authentication and tenant isolation between brands
  • Common primitives for offers, orders, payments and fulfilment
  • Supply Desk for inbound supplier emails, plus event and analytics adapters enabled only with consent
  • Monitoring, backups, security reviews and staged rollouts

Example

A new brand reuses the order and payment primitives, connects its own domain and design, and keeps its customer records in its own isolated tenant.

Ownership boundary: this holding site is the only part built in Lovable. XV Core is architecture in development — capabilities are rolled out brand by brand, not claimed as fully live.

03

Finance

Unit economics and capital discipline

Finance gives every brand the same rigour: a clear view of what each sale costs, earns and ties up in cash. It lets the group allocate capital to brands on evidence rather than enthusiasm.

How it works, with an example

In practice

  • Per-brand unit economics, customer acquisition cost and contribution margin
  • Pricing decisions informed by real supplier and delivery costs
  • Payment reconciliation, refunds and subscription or recurring revenue
  • Budgets, runway and capital allocation across the portfolio
  • Portfolio reporting that separates cash collected from revenue delivered and profit earned

Example

When a customer pays upfront, the payment is recorded as cash collected; revenue is recognised only once the service is delivered, and any refund is reconciled against the same order.

Ownership boundary: brands and legal entities keep separate books where required, and specialist accounting and tax oversight is engaged where the activity needs it.

05

HR

People, accountability and access

HR ensures every brand has the right people behind it and that responsibility is always named. It connects brands with specialists, sets shared standards and keeps access tied to roles.

How it works, with an example

In practice

  • A talent and specialist network brands can draw on as they grow
  • Onboarding with role-based access to tools and data
  • Training, shared knowledge and operating playbooks
  • Clear accountability, escalation paths and capacity planning across work
  • Quality standards, and professional operator oversight for regulated services
  • Offboarding that revokes access promptly and completely

Example

When a health-related brand needs a qualified practitioner, HR defines the role, verifies its requirements and makes that named person the point of escalation.

Ownership boundary: hiring and other high-impact people decisions are made by people, never automatically. We do not publish headcount we cannot verify.

One request, three stages.

An illustration of the operating model for a service brand that relies on a supplier. It shows how responsibilities connect — not a description of a live integration or customer.

  1. 01

    Request and payment

A customer submits a request or pays on the brand’s own website, under that brand’s terms.

    Brand

  2. 02

    Routing and delivery

AI and Technology classify and structure the request and route it to the right supplier or qualified operator, who performs the service.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation and accountability

Finance reconciles payment, margin and any refund. Legal has set the applicable terms and privacy rules. HR ensures a named responsible role and a clear escalation path.

    Finance · Legal · HR

Digital-only: no supplier in the loop.

For digital products the flow is shorter. There is no mandatory supplier step and no waiting period.

  1. Payment
  2. Entitlement, access or job created
  3. Immediate delivery

Shared by design. Distinct by brand.

Shared across the group

  • AI execution and workflow orchestration
  • Technology platform and components
  • Financial discipline and reporting
  • Legal templates and review workflows
  • People standards, training and access control

Distinct for every brand

  • Brand promise and identity
  • Its own domain and website
  • Audience and commercial model
  • Customer permissions and data — never pooled across brands
  • Legal entity and accountability where applicable
